  • How do I book the cabins?
    Book Cabin 15 through Airbnb. Book Cabin 16 through Airbnb.
  • How much does it cost to rent the cabins?
    The nightly rate varies from $180-220, depending on the season, day of week, and if it's a holiday. There is a reasonable per-stay cleaning fee and the regular Airbnb fees and mandatory taxes.
  • How many people can stay in the cabins?
    Cabin 15 comfortably sleeps 5 people and is bookable for up to 6 people. There is a queen bedroom downstairs, two sleeping areas in the loft with a double and a single bed, and a sofa that converts to a double bed. There is no extra fee for additional guests up to 6 people. Click on the arrows in the gallery on The Cabins page to see the furniture and layout. Cabin 16 is a cozy retreat for two, with a king-sized bed in the main bedroom. The sofa can be used as a sleeping area for one more person to allow for sleeping space for 3 people. If you are bringing your own portable playpen or sleeping pads, the cabin can sleep up to 6 people with no additional fees.   • What is there to do in the area?
    Our cabins are located on Cowan Pond, which is a beautiful place for canoeing and kayaking in the spring, summer and fall. In the winter, the pond can be used for skating. Check out the photo gallery for pictures. Lac Le Jeune Provincial Park is a short walk or drive away - you can swim, fish, hike and picnic at the lake. The area is known for a wide range of recreational activities including quadding, cross-country skiing, moujntain biking and more. Visit the Things to Do page to learn more.
  • Do you do longterm rentals?
    We will consider longer term rentals (1-4 weeks) in the off-season, at an agreed-upon rate, based on availability. All taxes are still required. Please contact us to discuss details.
